Returns & Exchanges


Our returns and refunds policy lasts for 3 days, and if 3 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept intimate or sanitary items because they cannot be returned.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to finish the return process.

There are certain situations where we can not offer you a refund or exchange;

– Any item not in its original condition/packaging, an item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

– Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

It is important to note that we STRICTLY DO NOT give cash refunds if you return an item for exchange.


We only replace items if they are damaged.

Kindly note, that we do not accept exchanges for white-colored or defective items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Tom Mboya street Dynamic mall (former Tuskys Mavazi) next to Mwalimu co-operative house opposite Ambassadeur second floor shop ML105

You will be responsible for paying for your delivery costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable delivery service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
