Local Pickup — Free

• Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Cost: Free

Nairobi and Its Environs — Same-Day Delivery

• Delivery time: Same-day delivery within Nairobi and its environs.
• Delivery cost: KES 100 – 500, depending on the size and weight of your order. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Upcountry — Next-Day Delivery

• Delivery area: Countrywide — we deliver to every county in Kenya.
• Delivery time: Next-day (1 day) delivery for upcountry orders.
• Delivery cost: From KES 1,000, depending on your destination and the size and weight of your order. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
