Return Policy

At Zawadi Baby Shop, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 3 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this window has passed.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Intimate and sanitary items — these cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • White-coloured items — these cannot be exchanged.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required — your order confirmation email or M-Pesa confirmation message is fine.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +254 706 561 855 with your order details and the reason for the return. Then deliver or send the item to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged or defective and you would like the same product as a replacement, contact us using the details above before sending anything back. White-coloured items cannot be exchanged.

Return Delivery Costs

You are responsible for the delivery costs of returning an item. Delivery times for exchanged products vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
